Campervan Brokers (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a booking platform that connects customers with campervan rental providers in New Zealand and Australia. By using our Site, you acknowledge that Campervan Brokers acts as an intermediary between you and the campervan rental providers (“Suppliers”).

2. Booking Process

a. Accuracy of Information:
You are responsible for ensuring that all details provided during the booking process are accurate. This includes, but is not limited to, your personal information, rental dates, and campervan preferences.

b. Payment:
All bookings that happen more than 30days prior the rental through this Site require a 10% down payment of the total fee, the balance is to be paid on arrival. Bookings that happen within 30 days require full payment at the time of booking. Payment methods accepted include major credit cards and other payment options as displayed on the Site.

c. Confirmation:
Upon successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation via email. This confirmation serves as your rental agreement with the Supplier and includes important details such as pickup location, rental dates, and campervan specifications.

d. Amendments & Cancellations:
Any requests to amend or cancel a booking must be made in writing and are subject to the Supplier’s policies. Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the time of cancellation relative to the pickup date. Campervan Brokers reserves the right to charge an administration fee for processing cancellations or amendments.

3. Rental Terms

a. Supplier’s Terms:
Each Supplier has its own rental terms and conditions, which will be provided to you at the time of booking. These may include age restrictions, driver’s license requirements, insurance coverage, and other conditions. It is your responsibility to read and understand the Supplier’s terms before completing your booking.

b. Vehicle Availability:
While we strive to ensure that your selected campervan is available, we cannot guarantee this. In the event that your chosen vehicle is unavailable, the Supplier may offer a similar or upgraded vehicle at no additional cost.

c. Vehicle Condition & Usage:
You are responsible for the condition of the campervan during the rental period. This includes ensuring that the vehicle is returned in the same condition as it was received, with allowances for normal wear and tear. Any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle may result in additional charges.

4. Liability

a. Campervan Brokers’ Liability:
Campervan Brokers acts solely as an intermediary between you and the Supplier. We are not liable for any issues arising from the rental agreement between you and the Supplier, including but not limited to vehicle condition, availability, or the Supplier’s failure to provide services.

b. Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Campervan Brokers disclaims any and all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or the services provided by the Supplier.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use our Site.

6. Intellectual Property
